Sorry to interrupt the string of football posts but some big news is coming out of Fayettenam. Arkansas' only returning starter, and arguably best offensive threat, Patrick Beverly, was suspended for the entire season due to being academically ineligible.
The rising junior at Wal-Mart U was a second team All-SEC player last season and was the only returning starter for John Pelphrey's squad. The loss of Beverly does away with any thoughts the Hogs may have entertained about a run in the West.
Now back to your regularly schedule kool-aid consumption.

If you'd have just incorporated the words "Houston" and "Nutt" into that post, you'd already have 20 comments coming from the west side of the river.
The HOGS will still make a run. They've got some great young talent. Beverley has been viewed by many as a distraction due to his lingering love with Stan Heath.
Don't forget to check out www.thebigredboard.com for updates.
My bad, I forgot no one else in the SEC recruited some great young talent to offset their losses.
LOL. Oh, that's rich.
Might check out Rotnei Clarke on YouTube.
Just saying man, the loss of Beverley might not hurt The HOGS as much as you're implying. Pelphrey has brought in some great young talent.
According to your sarcastic theory every team recruits equally. This is not the case. Your football team will find this out in the next few years.
And yes, I'm just "funning" with you. No offense intended.
