The most recent poll has concluded. For those of you with shorter memories, this poll inquired as to how many sacks our defensive line would have by the Florida game. The winner was three which, beleive it or not, was nearly dead-on.
Our D-Lin had two-and-a-half sacks before Saturday... That's it. Only two-and-a-half sacks in four games. After the Florida game they had a total of five. The difference maker was, without any doubt, Greg "I'm on the cover of SI, what did you do this week?" Hardy.
This new poll will run until the picture of Ole Miss' post season hopefully becomes much, much clearer (let's, for simplicity's sake, say 4 weeks). This question is as follows:
Ole Miss' postseason will most-likely involve which bowl game?
Now get your ass (cursor?) over there and vote! Of course, as some of you may have guessed, the next few weeks of this blog will see a fair deal of hog slop so ignore the inevitable fact that "Ole Miss won't bowl" will be the poll's "winner."

No Papa Johns bowl?
Uh, Cutler, that last paragraph was bait. If you didn't want to hear from the toothless piglets, you shouldn't even include that choice. Then again, after the last two weeks, I'd be surprised if any of them even had a pulse.
Artiger,
Of course it was bait. You know how entertaining those comment threads can get.
Wonder which teams the PJ (Birmingham)Bowl will covet? Barring an Auburn collapse they won't get them. Bama, UGa, LSU Florida?...nope. None should fall enough for that. Tennessee? Music City would probably take a 6-6 Vol squad over a 9-3 Vandy team if they got the chance. That leaves Arky, Ole Miss, VU & MSUm the typical Shreveport pics as the main targets for Birmingham. Maybe South Carolina? I'm just wondering how in the hell we ended up with a destination like Birmingham for a bowl. At least Shreveport has some history now and seems legit as a bowl site if for no other reason than they've had it there so long.
Why not take the New Orleans Bowl away from CUSA instead? Damn, that Houston Bowl for blowing up. That would have been a nice warm destination in a place with stuff to do...and it doesn't typically smell any worse than Mobile.
So is that seriously 9 bowl tie-ins for the SEC? wow
I'd like to see a rematch between Ole Miss and Wake but I have a feeling we're Liberty Bowl bound.
How about the Nuttin' But Fun Bowl?
You're gonna see some "National Championship Under Construction" posters around there before too long. Special! Don't let go of the rope!!!
Shitasses.

For a team that's obviously not going bowling, you sure do talk a lot of shit.
Arkansas fans, don't come up to me in public unless you're willing to throw up dukes. I may be drunk, but I'm not about to fuck around on this one. I'll slang up some fuckin' fisticuffs.
Yeah, you're just one play away.
The sad part for OM is, this is as good as it will get. Nutt will be gone in a couple years and your program will be in the shitter. Maybe C-USA will take you when the SEC decides Memphis is more competitive.
See you in Fayettnam when we lay your punk asses out with a quickness.
