I'm not saying it's a sure difference maker but here are LSU's night/day records since 1960:
Night ---- 201-59-3 (.773)
Day ---- 20-22-3 (.476)
Maybe we should thank CBS for making this a day game.
Not being fond of CBS 2:30 kickoffs myself (for many reasons), I had to look up the last time we won on that network time slot. The result? Last year in Oxford.
Maybe our team does better when it has more time to sleep off the hangover. I know our fans sure do.
