SEC Power Poll - Week 11 Ballot

This weeks Ballot reflects no change whatsoever. Sure, Florida/Bama, UGA/LSU, Vandy/Kentucky, and UT/State are all "closer" to each other than they were last week, but nothing happened this week which would suggest the need for any monumental change in the SEC Power Rankings. If anything, I'd say UF and Bama could be tied for first, State and TN tied for last, and most other teams mediocre to the point that they could be ranked all kinds of ways. I'm sure you've got comments and criticisms for this one so don't hold back.

Alabama

While many don't think The Crimson Tide would beat Florida if they played tomorrow, their record begs that they be at the top of the ballot.

2

Florida

---

Florida needs to be careful to not look forward to Atlanta and doom themselves in the coming weeks. South Carolina and Florida State are not gimmes.

3

LSU

---

With a quarterback who didn't cough up insanely timely (for the other guys, of course) interceptions, LSU would be representing the West in Atlanta.

4

Georgia

---

Going to the wire against Kentucky doesn't give you the right to jump an LSU team which took the (now) SEC West Champs to overtime.

5

South Carolina

---

The headline on USC-East's Rivals site reads, "Spurrier: Since Rebels Did It, USC Can Too." Oh, Steve, please don't ever leave the SEC.

6

Ole Miss

---

A bye week + a game against ULM = two horribly boring weeks.

7

Vanderbilt

---

Call us morons, asshats, or whatever it is that you do, but we're not ready to rank the 'Cats over the 'Dores just yet. We've got this weekend to truly figure out who's going to earn the title of 4th in the East.

8

Kentucky

---

Well, at least they're going bowling.

9

Arkansas

---

The Hogs will likely beat State and compete very well against LSU, but from what I can tell the Fayetteville faithful are already looking towards next season with Ryan Mallett at QB.

10

Auburn

---

All of the speculation about Tubs' future is fun, isn't it?

11

Tennessee

---

Tennessee is horrible and they almost earned themselves the bottom spot on the ballot, but let's not forget that they blew out...

12

Mississippi State

---

...these assholes.

Are you a State fan that just doesn't have shit else to do? Honestly, I didn't think NELA had fans much less ones that would talk shit on a sports message board.

If you are really a NELA fan, I hope to see you and the other 50 fans you bring at the stadium. I'll be the one wearing red.

It's ULM, webel. The warhawks nocked off Bummer and the high tide last year. We're going to do it again this year to the webels.

Squawk em! Hawk em!

Two "Webels" and a "Bummer" in the same paragraph.

If I had gone to ULM, I wouldn't talk shit to anyone. Maybe Alabama, but after a year it might be time to hang that up.

You also went 6-6 last year (no bowl game, though. Shocker). This year you're 3-7 so far. I'd say if you can't win in whatever shitty conference the Warhawks are in, you won't beat an SEC team. Especially one that no longer sucks.

Again I ask; are you a State fan in disguise? Webels? Bummer?
I can understand a State fan wanting to switch allegiances but why in the fuck would you choose NELA? they are bad team in a bad conference

Squawker, y'all couldn't close the deal on Arkansas. What makes you think Rebels will even give you a chance to get to that point?

RSC Admin, congrats, you fixed the fandome!

Squawk,

We want to do a blogger Q&A with your blog. If you're cool with it, send us an email.

I'm really looking forward to this Q&A. It's going to be funny.

Artiger,

Thanks for noticing. I was hoping someone would say something so I could see if it wasn't just looking alright on my end. I would also like to say that a great deal of credit goes out to Goose who is a professional computer nerd and not some hobbyist like myself.
