I'm diligent AND efficient, just not at my job.
Oh, and another thing:

While that's certainly the case, I'd be remiss to omit the fact that my work is contingent on assignments given to me by members of an older generation. When literally a majority of folks in my office are on leave because they're taking their daughter to the dentist or they're "suffering" from a sprained ankle (two actual excuses used) I'm left to sit in my cubicle and twiddle my thumbs.
I'm good at my job. I have yet to have an assignment become overdue. I just can't help the fact that sometimes I'm left without anything to do.
"Fucking off while appearing busy" isn't a generational thing; it's a human thing.
