Lubbock, Texas is known for more than just being the home of Texas Tech and the 11-1 Red Raiders. They have good cattle, tornadoes, tumbleweeds and they add thumbs to the more traditional number one hand signal.
Seriously.
Do they give out breast implants with swim team scholarships in Lubbock? Good Lord.
While there are some outliers here and there, Texas Tech, I can salute your wimmens as the best we've seen all year. It's not saying much considering the likes of Alabama, Mississippi State and Florida, but it's something to say that you have fans that don't resemble the elephant man...or an elephant in general.

Gosh damn.... way too pretty to be an actual swim team... But DAMN.
While the girls you showed in the first link looked "decent" - that doesn't change the fact that one was wearing a pink TT shirt and the other a jersey. No thanks.
Yeah, just for good measure, Deadspin ran that Swim Team photo not too long ago and whoever photoshopped that thing came out and said those girls are in no way affiliated with Ta Tech. Notice how the script T inside the larger T is never angled, despite how the girl may be standing at an angle.
Also, coulda done without elephant man, but whatever.
I'll admit, I wrote this while drinking so sources and credibility be damned.
